- “This is definitely a Dream Guitar
as many of us have always loved the 000 tone but longed for
greater access to the upper frets and more modern style. Well
Bill Tippin has provided an answer in his new Crescendo model.
This is a new design from the ground up with a wider lower bout,
tighter waist, radiused top and of course 14 fret neck. In addition
it sports Bill’s new neck profile which is rounded instead
of V shaped and features his new full access heel design. But
what really sets this guitar apart is tone and lots of it. Fat
trebles sing alongside round full bass notes, but everything
has it’s own place in the mix. Great separation and punch
when driven and plenty of color and subtleties when played soft.
This guitar marks the beginning of a new era for Bill Tippin.”
