This is a wonderful custom made Olson that was ordered with unique woods and appointments that make it very special and boy does it sound good. The body is crafted from Ebony and Engelmann giving it a voice that is both full and warm but also clear and sparkling at the same time. It’s very resonant with big sustain. The custom wood inlay and border on the fingerboard give this one a life all it’s own.
This beautiful Olson cost $15,500 when it was custom ordered just last year so it's a very fair price on a very special Olson. This one has a tremendous voice that I really love that I'm sure comes from the unique wood combination and the look is elegant and sophisticated. 
As most folks know, I'm a big fan of Jim Olson's work. This guitar has got all the bells and whistles, including custom wood marquetry and a pickup system installed by Jim.
