I love the warmth, power and overtones that a great Sitka top provide. The top here on this Ryan MGC is exceptional. It is full of medullary rays that seem to transmit the string energy with ease. This guitar is loud and sensitive, it allows me to express whatever I wish to and that's the whole idea of a great guitar.
